yan zhou We visited California during my daughter’s spring break and stopped by Tiffany & Co. in Carmel-by-the-Sea. There, we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Client Advisor, Ms. Meilin. To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese! Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special. Thanks to her expert guidance, my daughter found the perfect pair she had been dreaming of. We’re grateful for Meilin’s kindness and impeccable service. It was such a joy to meet someone so patient and considerate in such a beautiful town. I hope this Tiffany piece will accompany my daughter through her youth, and we will always remember this lovely experience

Michelle Owens I took in two high end watches to have batteries replaced. Both watches worked for about two weeks before one stopped and the other started losing time. I took them back in to have the batteries tested and both tested fine. Two weeks in the watches again stopped working properly. I waited several months and took one watch back that kept losing time. I was told that for the week that they had my watch it kept perfect time. I explained that for six months my watch has been off by 15-20 minutes. Long story short, my watch required the Swiss version of the energizer battery I was given for the watch losing time .They had broken the stabilizer on the other watch so the battery in was moving around and not in place. Would not recommend taking any watch to these folks. Save yourself time and go next door to Sears

Rand Stephens My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.
