He offered me different size chains when the necklace I liked was to short for my liking. I can definitely say his amazing customer service is what made us choose to buy my necklace here, even though we spent a little more then we were planning on. However it was definitely worth it!

Ralph Boniello I happened upon Lala Jewelry recently at a music festival. I had been looking for a ring and/or necklace for myself for a few years now. Im picky, and I wanted the right stone and the right piece to frame it. I wanted something bold, beautiful, and unique. I wanted to feel like Im wearing art. Upon entering the booth I was immediately struck by her pieces- both her choices of stones and the craftsmanship of the overall pieces. I came away with a ring and a necklace, and love them both. Charlie Squire Lovely and super helpful experience! My (now) fiancé proposed with an 115-year-old antique ring he had purchased in Berlin, and it needed to be resized. Peter was able to both resize the ring and identify some structural issues that were corrected. Everything was clear, done quickly, and even came in under the price estimate! Will certainly be returning the next time I am in need of a jeweler.
