carlos villalobos I loved my experience. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in to see some wedding band options. Genesis was available and took care of me. She was amazing. They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later! Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.
