Shes been wanting to get her ears pierced for years and I wanted to give her what she wanted, shes 70. Andrew was very professional,respectful and had a positive attitude. Sandie Hubbard Sherry and her friendly staff at Sierra Jewelry Company in Uptown Susanville are the absolute best! She carries a variety of high quality jewelry with better than average pricing. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the jewelry available or the service that I have received. Sherry recently made a one of a kind piece for me that I am in love with. I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. First founded in 1974 they have been in business for over 49 years providing Sacramento with beautiful one-of-a-kind, hand-made jewelry and glass with much of their selection sourced from local artists. The staff at Araeity were pleasant and helpful, providing patrons with a personalized experience once you step into their store. I browsed their shelves admiring the beautiful hand-crafted jewelry and a pair of intricate wire earrings from Peter James Jewelers based in San Rafael, CA. I was immediately drawn to the design that reminded me of infinity symbols, bows, and cascading waterfalls, and decided to purchase the pair of earrings as a little gift to myself. During checkout the staff members made sure to personalize the experience and asked if I had a favorite color - when I replied with blue, she carefully selected a light blue gift box and carefully nestled my new earrings in there. They has a good selection from 18-24k depending what you are looking for. Limited on hoops. Better markups than everywhere in little Saigon I went to.
