A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

Alexandria May Anna is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I booked her for a private girls day brunch and it was SO fun! She’s tentative, professional, fun, and so easy to be around! Her chains and charms are of fabulous quality and her wide variety of options is top notch!! Be sure to find her at upcoming markets! Better yet….book her for your next party!! So much fun! Roxi Giuliano My experience at Pasadena Jewelers was wonderful. Peter was very helpful and the service was super fast - in and out in under 5 minutes! I needed a simple silver band to put on top of my too-large wedding ring so it will not fall off, and he found me the perfect one (and resized it in under one minute). I will be back for any repairs or new jewelry I need, and I definitely recommend this shop!

Phillip Quady Nice selection of rings and jewelry in general, and an unexpectedly nice selection of ornamental knives! Jordan was a great help and really was able to help me find what I was looking for, Great staff with knowledge and interpretive skills! Worth a look if you are in the area! It also has a wide selection of cheap and comically large rings, which makes this store good for cosplayers and DIY projects. Cute little store with a lot of potential! I will come back!

Bernie Wong Great experiences. We went to Henrys a few years back to resize my wifes engagement ring and they did a superb job. Today went back as the stone was loose and Henrys reset the ring (re-did the prongs and polished). Was nervous about leaving the ring for few hours, asked if I could wait there and it was done in less than an hour. Great prices and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

Yonus Ahmad I went in here looking to get my ring sized, 30 minutes later I walked out with the Rolex. I couldn’t find anywhere else in the bay area for thousands less than what the dealers wanted in LA. Lesson learned, don’t ever underestimate the small guys, this place has new stuff every time I walk in there. Safety being a priority to me Is another reason why I chose this place, there’s a cop in the parking lot during business hours and there’s a highway patrol substation around the corner.

Beautiful craftsmanship and very tasteful. When the gift was open he was overwhelmed. Thank you Rick for another amazing creation and making Christmas 2019 so memorable.

jeffrey gilreath I like this place because the man really tries to make sure your happy . I also like the nice Cuban lady who works there. He worked with me on many deals I was trying to work out. I always ended up a happy customer. And the Cuban lady is really nice and she answers my many questions without getting upset. That’s what a lot of other places do. Also they don’t pressure you. A lot of places do that too.
