I see some complaints about his very knowledgeable Gemologist Charlotte, but I have to say she has a huge heart once you get to know her. By nature she comes across as all business but gets the job done and KNOWS HER STUFF!!!!!!

Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10
