My experience was perfect from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come to her for any of my jewelry needs in the future. I had a vintage 1930s ring resized, and she was thorough in her assessment of the re-sizing to ensure it was done safely to protect the opals. Turn around time was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m a vintage and antique jewelry collector, and my experience with jewelers in our area has been a bit varied in terms of professionalism, expertise, etc. Cynthia is a gem (pun intended) and a true asset to have in our community—thank you, Cynthia!!!

Case Mods I went in to have a ring soldered after I resized it myself (it was free and a few places didnt want to resize it for whatever reason) The woman at the counter was very friendly. They said they would clean it, solder it and reset the diamond since it was loose. When I got it back, it looked like a new ring! I have never seen it so clean. They even trimmed the area that was soldered (one side was thicker than the other) They do good work and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
