5 /5 Heather Pool: After five years of not being able to remove my wedding rings, I finally lost enough weight to take them off, by which time they were in serious need of rebuilding, repair, and cleaning. Fast-Fix made them look literally new again. Their work is stunning, and their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back.

3 /5 J Gonzales: Brought in 5 watches for battery replacements and 1 strap adjustment. Quoted $250. One battery was $60. Was told that they would text me when done. After 2 hours I go to check in on them and the watches were completed but never received a text. One of the watch batteries was not replaced so went back to have them correct this. This work was done in less than 5 minutes while I waited. Although I did not get a text, I did receive good and friendly service. Battery costs significantly higher than most places. They do have a pressure tester so that was good to see. When I first dropped off my watches I was told 2 of them needed pressure testing. Did not receive results so Im assuming it was done. The person that worked on my watches was gone so I could not validate results. Crossing my fingers. Overall experience was good, but not great. Minor tweaks and I think theyd do well.

5 /5 Sandra Chavez: My diamond earrings are solitaires and I had another jeweler in another town add screw backs and they were too long and poked me when I would lay down so I brought them in to get them redone. The jeweler found one prong needed work it was always snagging my hair so I brought them in and they were ready the next day and boy did he do a great job!! They are nice and straight and look so much better. I will continue to use their repair service as my go to jeweler. Thank you Fast-Fix!
