1 /5 Fadel Rabei: Be aware!!, this place is a scam !! I should have read their reviews before I came here. I came to fix my watch and they said that it will take 2 weeks to get a price on the repair and after they called me for the estimate they asked for more money then what I paid for the watch so I said no thanks. So they broke the watch stem inside the watch to make me fix it there with them

1 /5 Irene Tapia: Horrible sizing job, uneven left thinner at sizing area and not even. Left Bumpy, they charged for adding gold but he just stretched the ring which made the ring thinner. So disappointed.

1 /5 Christy Skinner: TERRIBLE customer service! I had several watches from her that came with a Lifetime Guarantee. When I went back with 4 watches, with the card for each one, none of them were honored. I had to purchase all new batteries, which I did. Guaranteed with a one-year warranty. The watch quit working consistently less than two months later. The time was off and quit working. When I took it back for a new battery, again with the receipt in hand, the watch was ticking again and she wanted to watch it for an hour. I wouldn’t have been there if the watch worked! I left and by the time I got home, it stopped again. She will do EVERYTHING she can to not honor their products or workmanship. You can find a better place. Trust me. Very, very disappointing considering they once seemed like a reputable business. I guess that’s why they are in a kiosk now
