S Garcia My experience buying my fiancees wedding band at Helzberg was top-notch. The staff, especially Rolando, were very helpful and accommodating. My fiancee and I had an easy time viewing the wedding bands, and Rolando provided excellent service. We returned to upgrade my fiancees engagement band with a 3ct princess-cut diamond, and Rolando helped us again with great service. I highly recommend asking for Rolando at Helzberg for a seamless and professional experience.

Bennett Hauser I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

We went to Main place Mall and this place went outta there way to help me and my sister out it was closing time as well. They helped us look as different types of chains for my dad. They didnt get out of there till almost an hour later. I just wanna say most places wouldve told us to come back tomorrow not this place they actually took there time to help us and made sure that we got a nice chain at a very reasonable price. And they was happy do do so. Thank u M&R Jewelers u guys r awesome and we live like almost 3 hours away. So thank u Soo much. I will most definitely make that drive anytime I buy Jewelry for now on.

Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! Gianna Favelo brought in my gold anklet that broke and my gold chain, showed them to him and he quoted me $40, INSANELY great price, said i needed it ready that day and it was ready an hour and a half later. He is a nice man and my jewelry looks good as new! like it never even broke. The only thing id like to mention is he does not take apple pay! Such a great shop :) Highly recommend.

sara ulloa Such a fun experience! We were able to take our time picking our pieces. All the staff was incredibly nice. Nicole helped us the most. From checking out to pick up. She was so nice and made our whole experience even better. She adjusted our necklaces many times and moved our charms around with no hesitation.
