Andrew Huerta Perla was Amazing to work with. Perla had great attitude and was very patient, she help guide me to a beautiful engagement ring when I originally went in for a promise ring. She had very good knowledge of the pieces that were shown and was able to answer all my questions in regards to the different metals and diamonds. I would definitely recommend this Kay’s and Perla.

I originally went to the Buena Park location, and that location was horrible. so I drove to this location instead. Spoke to Antonio over the phone first Thats what got me to drive to this location. evelyn caballero Came in to Jared (Roseville branch) for some ring maintenance (prong tightening). I expected to have to leave my ring overnight but Victor Villarreal went above and beyond. He actually made sure my ring prongs were tightened l while I looked around the store! I am so satisfied, this is my new go to jewelry store for sure!

I had them add two links to an Omega Seamaster. Very fair price. I had a very delightful delightful conversation with the owner. A very personable Lady. Great service. Amber Almodovar I ordered a set of custom opal and gold earrings for my upcoming event. Alejandro was fantastic and collaborative in the design process and included me in the design process. He completed the piece sooner than expected and they are better than I couldve hoped for. Christy James Carmen is such a sweetheart! I found her shop while looking online for a jewelry store in San Diego. The map will take you exactly to her business door on Fourth Ave. Carmen came right down to let me in and took me to her workshop. Her workshop was such a cute/cozy vibe. Carmen had SO many different options for bracelets, necklaces, rings (really anything you could think of) AND she has multiple metal options! Her charms range from zodiac signs, to crystals, to heart shapes, and even pearls. Carmen was excited to help me mix two different chains to make a one of a kind bracelet for me. She also added a beautiful pearl charm to my anklet for the perfect San Diego souvenir. To top it all off, Carmen ended the visit with a cute little “Thank You” bag that helps you take care of your new jewelry. Thank you so much Carmen for being so sweet and kind!
