I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products. Thank you all so much!

G I Charming boutique with a great atmosphere. I found some beautiful souvenirs and decor related to Lake Tahoe. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful.

B. Crawford I did business with Harry a few years ago and again 2 weeks ago. He provides 1st class customer service. He has always been fair, honest, very nice, and makes you feel comfortable. He will go out of his way to provide quality top notch service. To put the icing on the cake, I left my drivers license there and live serveral miles away. He was kind enough to drop it off on his way home. You dont see that often, if at all. I will continue to do business with Harry and highly recommend him to anyone.

Hang Nguyen I went here with my mother and we were greeted promptly. All the sales people were friendly and courteous. They gave my mother a really good price and also took links out of a bracelet. Prices are reasonable. The service here is much better than the jewelry stores at the Asian mall. This is a bigger store and not crowded. They also have plenty of parking there. I would recommend shopping at this location than the ones in the Asian mall.

Irene Beckes I can honestly say the Music Box Shoppe is an experience you will want to repeat. We come to Palm Springs at least once a year & this is a MUST. Staff is amazing (Thank you Colton) and their collection is fabulous. This is just a start of my love for what they have. And they ALWAYS make you their guest & take care of you at gold star level.
