I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products. Thank you all so much!

5 /5 Barbara: They are the best! I had to have my engagement ring and wedding band (that we originally purchased with them) remade after 28 years of wear and tear. I also decided to upgrade my center diamond! Sandra, Ben, and Norman were all super helpful and explained all options, timelines, and pricing. They kept in great communication with me throughout the process. They are the jewelers that we trust, so much so, that we make the drive from San Jose! They are also just really nice people and its a joy to work with them!

I came to them to design and produce an engagement ring, Ben combed through my girlfriend’s Pinterest to have exactly the styles she was interested in queued up when we came in to shop. He shopped around for the lowest price on the gemstones, and worked with me to perfect the cad model before we got into production. Their showroom has a huge diversity of styles for those who aren’t sure yet what they want, or are looking for a unique ring rather than the trend of the week.

I’ve bought ear rings, necklaces, daughter’s ear rings, and now a replacement wedding ring! Every time that I go to the diamond exchange, all the staff is always so so nice. I have two kiddos, one is nine years old and the other is two years old and they are always amazing with them. This place is amazing! If you are looking for any type of jewelry, they should be on your radar. They are very easy to work with, and they are great with assisting you with anything that you require..A++++ service! Will not be going anywhere else for jewelry other than the San Francisco diamond exchange! And you shouldn’t either!! Give them a call if you need anything!
