Emily Lozano If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would! Tiffany has been incredibly kind and fun to work with, not to mention more than fair with her prices. Ive been in three times, twice to sell, and each time she has been delightful and happy to offer answers and assistance. Yesterday I went to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to get pricing for some jewelry, and they offered me $60 compared to the $120 that Tiffany offered. Because of her integrity and incredible customer service, I will exclusively be using Top Dollar Gold Exchange, and recommending her to anyone and everyone who is also looking to sell precious metals (and buy secondhand and vintage jewelry)!

Andrew Alvarado This place rocks! I needed a gift for my wife’s birthday and I thought I would stop by. It had been some time since I bought her any jewelry and the father and son team helped me quite a bit. They know their stuff! They showed me several beautiful pieces, and then they showed me THE diamond ring. It was perfect for her. I knew she would love it, but I was concerned that it would be way out of my price range. It wasn’t - the price was very reasonable. We were so happy with it, that we had a companion piece custom made to use as her wedding/engagement ring set. Again, these guys know their stuff. They suggested a perfect design that would match the original ring. They had it made for us and had it done for a reasonable price. This is my new go-to place for my wife’s gifts!

The process took several weeks but we came to look forward to coming to visit Jeff and Eileen!! They were patient, helpful, and thorough when it came to bringing our designs to life. I truly dont believe we would have received such care from any other jeweler. There was even a slight issue with my ring that they managed to resolve in under 24 hours so it would be ready before the wedding. I cannot recommend JRs enough!!
