1 /5 R taylor: Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

1 /5 Michelle Fonseca: Employee kicked everyone out 5 minutes before closing and claimed they were already closed, even though they close at 9pm. I was literally shopping for new earring since I love coming here and she literally kicked me out. Will NEVER come here or recommend this place to anyone again.

1 /5 Natalie Wesley: Do not come here for ear piercings I came for my third ear piercing on my ears and the girl went to high on my left ear and got half my lobe and cartilage of my ear bone and it hurt so bad that my neck tensed up for a week and got so stiff and then the other ear piercing on the right was in wrong too and got swollen and had to be taken out

1 /5 Margaret Cheng: Me and my friends came here to get a double ear piercing. The girl working here did not hold onto the earlobe when she did the piercing, and ended up piercing WAY off the intended spot marked, for both my friend and I. With mine, it’s not great but is more subtle so I kept it in, but with my friend she completely missed the dot and pierced the very tip of her earlobe. Each piercing is supposed to come with a free cleaning solution, but since they ran out, there was only the bigger bottle left. We still had to pay full price for the bigger bottle. She said the bigger one(which was only $10) doesn’t come with it. She was hardly apologetic and was annoyed when we asked for discount after what she did For the wrong piercing, she said it was “in the waiver” and that this is what we signed up for. The waiver is strictly about infections, not misplaced piercings so this is not true.

1 /5 Dan HB: The prices youre charging for earrings are outrageous, I had never spent this much for 3 pairs of chinese earrings like what?? $63 dlls for 3 pairs of earrings which value doesnt even pass the $10 dlls, insanity. never again. I just got carried away by the moment and the embarrassment to put them back. Crazy word we living in
