Joshua Berglund Great experience buying an engagement ring from Nerces Fine Jewelry. Brought in a picture of a ring that I liked, and they custom made it with all the alterations I wanted. The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.

His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Damien does. L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large.
