5 /5 Madison Bellinger: Such a gorgeous location for a Pandora store- right next to H&M and the Starbucks Reserve. Not many people know about this location so they always have popular product in stock and there’s never a wait during the holidays!

1 /5 jeremy erickson: We drove almost an hour to come here just to have the doors locked as we walked up at 5:56. When they are supposed to close at 7pm. I called and they said they didnt have a closer so they were closing early. What a disappointment, so make sure you call before you come. They may close at any time.

1 /5 Alexis: Went in on June 7th around 4 pm and got greeted and welcomed. I was looking for a replacement for my engagement ring as the one I have is starting to tarnish. One of the ladies asked if we needed help, with one of the worst attitudes and I said no I was just looking and then she proceeded to roll her eyes at us, my husband, mom, and sister who were with me. I then asked the price on a ring I saw and asked if it was on sale the way the other ring right below it was and she said in the worst attitude, “yeah that’s what I was doing before u asked what I was doing”, my mom was there too and she even looked at me like what the heck. Anyways turned out it wasn’t on sale and I ended up getting another ring in a size 6, the whole time she was bagging the ring, it was awful, just the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Pandora. Save your money, don’t come to the Palm Springs location.

1 /5 Khaleelah Curtis: They need to edit their business hours and also post it on their window. I drove to the Palm Desert location because it said it closed at seven and they closed at six then I drove to the Palm Springs location because it said it closed at eight and it actually closed at seven, which wasted a ton of time, a ton of gas, and a lot of patience. I will be calling to speak with the store manager And will update my review accordingly.
