5 /5 Kalani Ritchie: The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.

1 /5 Ron: Its been years but i can stop thinking about how the main guy of this shop cracked my large opal on my ring during a diamond chip replacement when i came to pick up the ring he had the nerve to charge me and send me home with the large opal center piece cracked in half. The next day i when back in and said this has to be fixed so he agreed to a free repair and later that day i get a call that the ring is ready so i return and he gives us a ring that is basically trash scrap. HE USED CLUE TO TRY TO REPAIR MY FIRE OPAL AND NOW IT LOOKS WORSE THAN EVER.

Despite the chain being intact and having the receipt, they offered only $25, emphasizing they were buying it for its gold value. Interestingly, its a jewelry store and could easily resell. Despite the small size of the store, with only two people and a friendly dog, the only one to greet me was the canine companion!
