Gold & Jewelry Emporium - Oxnard (CA)

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.

Nina, the associate who helped us, was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to get our ring back to us quickly, and it looks perfect! My husband and I both left feeling very happy about doing business with her.
