Cameron Yates Had an outstanding experience with Roger. He worked with me and my fiancée for several months customizing the perfect ring. He brought her idea to life and also had several invaluable recommendations along the way. I am very appreciative for the time in effort he put into finding the most cost effective option, while also being very diligent in making sure my fiancée’s ring was exactly what she wanted.

Dense R I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)

Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.

Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop.
