Tubbs I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.

They repaired my moms ring beautifully and had it ready the same week! The service was great and they ladies there were really nice. They helped me understand the process of repairing, so that it is done correctly and wont have future problems. I highly recommend them for any sentimental and special repairs!
