The sales staff always goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable (without being pushy) when you’re browsing their beautiful merchandise. They have a very nice selection of watches and the options for jewelry is endless! I had my wedding ring set custom made by their team, and Victor did an exceptional job in LISTENING to what I desired for my dream wedding rings. I always receive compliments on how stunning my ring is. I highly recommend Joyeria Valencia for any of your jewelry needs!

1 /5 Karina Vega: Today 11/25/2023 my husband took an all 18k gold necklace and pendant for cleaning. “TINA” checked and weight it before service and confirmed all 18k gold. When returning the necklace the Lady didnt wanna give him a receipt of service which was really strange. He noticed right away The Clasp Had Been Changed! So he walked across the street to another Jewelry store for them to verify and clearly Had been changed to a STERLING Silver Clasp! Returned back to store and Spoke To Owner And her son Victor and got offensive with me knowing clearly what they did. They refused to admit and return what they STOLE. They just said to take them to court and that’s what I’m gonna do. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL business. JUST Because they have many years in the business, doesn’t mean that they are Honest. They should be ashamed of themselves and STOP STEALING.

Mario, Doña Victoria, and everyone else there are always on there top game. Great customer service, great prices. They designed my wife’s engagement ring just how I imagined it to be. Went back for the wedding bands and ring looks amazing!!!! If y’all haven’t gone, you guys missing out. Hurry up and head to DTSA. They won’t disappoint

1 /5 Monse Huertero: They are such a ripoff I had over an Oz of silver and the lady that help me said that I had 49grams of silver,but if the Oz 28 grams and when I asked about how much was the o of silver she said 55 cents but It actually was 99 she just pretty much scammed me of more that half of the Money that she was supposed to give me.
