Sydney P. Originally was looking for a wedding band that was unique but still reliable and actual silver. Shipping and receiving it was fast and I adore it. I haven’t small finger so sizing can be weird and often detail gets lost in small rings. This ring is stunning and the detail is clear. I look forward to wearing my ring often! We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Iannick Remillard I would give 10 Start if possible. I can’t explain how awesome Bryan is as a Gemologist. My now Fiance and I went ring shopping a while back and I had no idea what to look for. Bryan took his time to explain the clarity scale, flawless scale, size of the rings, shapes and colors. His knowledge and understanding of the numerous diamonds and rings are on a whole other level. 

When it came time to prepare the ring, with the perfect stone, Bryan found the Jack pot!!! A beautiful long oval diamond with a halo, and with his recommendation, he was also able to create the perfect matching wedding band. I can’t recommend Bryan enough as he doesn’t see his customers as a dollar sign but as someone in need of guidance to find that jewelry for that once in a life time special occasion. Can’t thank you enough Bryan Just one word to describe this and it is “Perfect”
