Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Thank you so much Carrie.

Janay McCullough Update: If I could give 10 stars, I would! I worked with Marielle again to design another ring. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it better than I could have imagined. I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. I love their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. LOVE my new emerald and tsavorite ring! Thank you!! Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

Tyler Krause Recently went to the show room in Walnut Creek to look at designs for engagement rings. Our appointment was with Lauren Craig and I could not have been more impressed. She was very helpful in teaching us about the different characteristics of diamonds. If I could give more stars I would. She was very professional and reached out to me privately about picking a specific ring and made the process a lot less stressful than I originally thought. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tom Elrod Off the beaten path. Essentially a huge underground jewelry store mall. The young man at the check in counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He even looked up the address and phone number for a store nearby we were looking for. If you’re looking for jewelry, I highly recommend seeing Jasmine at Giraux jewelers.

I went into Blue Diamond knowing very little about diamonds, but Abby made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely excited to help me find the perfect option. It was a quick “yes” when I saw exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and had the ring crafted to perfection. We’re going back soon as an engaged couple to customize my ring next!

Spencer Family We had a fabulous experience at Joe Escobar. JP was amazing. He sensed my style right away and did not lead me astray. The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.
