In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

Emily Lozano If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would! Tiffany has been incredibly kind and fun to work with, not to mention more than fair with her prices. Ive been in three times, twice to sell, and each time she has been delightful and happy to offer answers and assistance. Yesterday I went to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to get pricing for some jewelry, and they offered me $60 compared to the $120 that Tiffany offered. Because of her integrity and incredible customer service, I will exclusively be using Top Dollar Gold Exchange, and recommending her to anyone and everyone who is also looking to sell precious metals (and buy secondhand and vintage jewelry)!

Peter Khokhlov Absolutely amazing! The product and the service! I called them Friday evening around 4pm. Told them I really had to have the item in a week. According to their rules, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, it will be processed next Monday. They processed it in one hour and it was in the delivery service that very Friday evening! I got it on time to make the gift. An awesome gift! My wife loved the Hawk cuff. Thank you very much, The Good Collective! I will definitely recommend you!!!

Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.

Gianna Favelo brought in my gold anklet that broke and my gold chain, showed them to him and he quoted me $40, INSANELY great price, said i needed it ready that day and it was ready an hour and a half later. He is a nice man and my jewelry looks good as new! like it never even broke. The only thing id like to mention is he does not take apple pay! Such a great shop :) Highly recommend.
