They worked with me based on my budget and produced a work of art in a crunch as I wanted to propose on a certain date. The band, the stones and the setting was perfect! Definitely recommend

Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Spirit was so kind and helpful, and he found time in his busy day to sneak in my ring and get it back to me just a couple hours later. So happy with my ring and the kind, approachable service. Sean Allen Cannot thank the team at the master touch jewelers enough. My wife’s 35 year old wedding ring settings were worn and the stones were in danger of falling out. The team came up with a great solution that kept the original integrity of the ring and actually enhanced it. When we picked it up she was in tears because it looked so great and we knew it would last another 35. The extra touch at the Masters Touch is what I appreciate the most. Costumer service is what sets them apart. Thanks again.
