Shira Feifer Love and Luxe is a DREAM. They are so welcoming and kind. Kai helped me and my fiancé through designing my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond and was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process. Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! Betsy did an absolutely incredible job finishing my ring exactly how I pictured it. I am so thankful to have found this spot and less than a month later am back for more.

Jonathan DeBoy This was my first time buying a Rolex. David was very prompt and professional; it took him only a week after I gave a deposit to find my Milgauss. He even took off the case back so we could see the little Easter egg on the faraday cage (B vector is the symbol for magnetic flux density). A very pleasant experience. If you’re a first time buyer and paranoid: yes I used Zelle for deposit. Yes the name came up as Michael. Yes I wired the money before meeting him since she had to buy the watch. He has a store front and multiple businesses in this field, I had no doubt that he would send the money back if there was a problem. He was very open and honest.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. You guys have always gone above and beyond to help me out during these hard financial times due to our crappy economy and high prices. I would encourage anybody who has something to pawn or sell to go to best jewelry and loan. And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! This business also has to make money!!

Bailey Dante Victor was very patient and conscientious! He was super nice and explained the whole process. He even took the time to reweld my bracelet when he noticed that it wasn’t as strong as he’d like. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience!

Absolutely no pressure and the premiums over spot are the best in town. Huge selection and I never feel like hes trying to hard sell things. This is my new precious metals shop for sure. Korynn Gonzales Went in store today to get my promise ring resized. I came out with a new necklace and my engagement ring!! Manager Ann and Tammy were absolutely amazing throughout our whole experience today. Customer service is always so wonderful and the Helzberg Diamonds warranty is top notch!
