His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Shaima Bilal A Charming boutique in beautiful Santa Barbra, we just found it on our way back to San Francisco, I stopped to find a gift for my sister and found everything so mesmerizing! The Jewelry is so rare and especially a rare find for those like me who collect unique jewelry! I am checking the web site right now and I will definitely be stopping by whenever I get the chance to! I of course bought my sister beautiful earrings.

Melissa Baker The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.

We had an amazing first experience at Kevin Jewlers Angel was very helpful and very knowledgeable! He helped me put together a beautiful earring and necklace set for my wife for our anniversary. Cole Lirio I recently proposed to my fiancée, and she absolutely adored her ring! I went into Blue Diamond knowing very little about diamonds, but Abby made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely excited to help me find the perfect option. It was a quick “yes” when I saw exactly what I wanted. Nicole Robledo Montoya is amazing to work with! We came to them with an idea and they helped us design a beautiful set of wedding bands, even fitting it perfectly with the engagement ring. A couple of months before the wedding, the center stone chipped in the engagement ring, and Montoya worked with us and our insurance to find a replacement and get it set in time. The new stone is so perfect, and our rings turned out even better than we imagined. We’re so grateful for Montoya’s expertise and care— So grateful to have found an amazing jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
