Kan W. I absolutely love this store! This specific location is by far the most helpful, amazing, friendly and wonderful Daniel’s in the High Desert! I absolutely love Angie and all her help! She is truly a huge blessing and asset to this company and to my shopping needs! She takes time to talk and listen to my life story and is not just a jeweler, but has become a kind friend! She always makes sure my rings are shiny and clean and that I get the best deals and am aware of all the sales available! She helps me with my purchases and payments too! Also, I absolutely love the freebies that are offered in store with purchases! The other associates are absolutely helpful and kind as well! I can’t give enough compliments, because there are so many to give to this Daniel’s in Hesperia by Walmart ! If you are looking for great deals on jewelry in a happy, clean, organized, well priced and helpful environment, you won’t be disappointed shopping here! I love this store!

Ashley Sherman Amanda, one of the owners was so kind and patient with her time. I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! I picked up the necklace and it was fixed beautifully and in a way that will not allow it to break again the same way. Extremely pleased with them. Liset Melgoza We bought a chain within a day it broke, we came in today to try to get it fixed and the guy wanted to charge us. As a courtesy they should of automatically fixed it. I believe all his jewelry is fake, it shouldn’t break within a day. If it’s real gold it would be more resistant. It’s a waste of money,

The wife, who co-owns the shop, was incredibly sweet, professional, and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. She remembered me right away and made the whole process smooth and stress-free that kind of personal touch meant a lot. I want to give her special credit because her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made this a great experience. The craftsmanship and value are excellent, but her customer service is what will stick with me the most.
