cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Mary Suppiger I popped into this store to look at just a simple ring, and I was treated very well. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They made my experience so special, and provided wonderful customer service. Shout out to Javi. He is awesome. There was also another taller, white gentleman that helped me, but I forgot his name unfortunately. He was amazing at helping me find the right size. I left with a beautiful ring, and the desire to give this store more of my business. They made me truly feel like everyone is welcome.

Joe Turner Incredible experience, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The in store experience is really a necessity for Hoorsenbuhs, because online pictures just don’t do justice to the pieces. It’s incredible how they’ve taken a single motif and creating so many creative representations of it. There’s so much variety and uniqueness to their pieces, it’s hard to not end up buying everything! The new Venice location is amazing, so many unique touches and pieces of art. Very much worth the trip no matter where in LA you are!

Cecilia Wu John has been so amazing to work with! I had two loose diamonds that needed settings and he managed to make both designs come to life. He was able to size both rings fit perfectly in the first try and Ive gotten many compliments! John was extremely patient in the process and prices are more than reasonable for its craftsmanship and labor. I highly recommend him, truly in awe of his talent! Service and attention to detail is top notch!

Sean Rockwell Stacey is SO TALENTED!!! We gave a piece of her art (a necklace) to a friend and every time she wears it, people stop her to look at it and give her compliments on it. Since she is an animal lover herself, she really knows how to capture the the joy that animals bring to their owners and make it come to life in her pieces. Thanks Stacey!!! Youre amazing!!!
