Jennifer Hayes My sister-in-law gave me her mother-in-laws ring because she knew I loved pearls. Yep, thats a mouthful. And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking. Oh, the irony. For Valentines this year, I thought Id get it back up and running, and Arden did not let me down. I got a great price and a beautiful new pearl. Ring back on my finger in just days!! This may very well be my go-to jeweler when I need honest, fair jewelry help!! Im so happy!

Katelyn Hill I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they werent quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I dont really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

Joana R I went to get my ears pierced and Im beyond happy because the girls did such a good job, both with my mom and I. Ive had my ears done other places and they always got infected. But not this time, if your considering this jewelry store I highly recommend it.

Dont4get2smile What a RARE find in the Ontario Mills Mall! A small, beautiful booth...owned by a super sweet and talented BLACK woman jeweler selling wonderful art. I was on my way to Oakleys near by to buy my husband some shades when I noticed the boutique store. I ended up buying a wonderful container to hold my husbands “cooking herbs” that has a nice wooden stopper and a wonderous colorful Geode right on top! It was very affordable; I wish I had an opportunity to buy more! Happy to help support a fellow African American’s Small Business in a sea on NOT African American Owned businesses in that HUGE mall. Next time you are in the area stop by and show some LOVE!!! :)

Whitney Reid Denny is talented and honest, he is a well seasoned jeweler who can do ANYTHING!! I see some complaints about his very knowledgeable Gemologist Charlotte, but I have to say she has a huge heart once you get to know her. By nature she comes across as all business but gets the job done and KNOWS HER STUFF!!!!!!

Vanessa Campos Absolutely fantastic selection of unique and high quality chains. Really reasonable markup on 18k that left me very happy to purchase. They has a good selection from 18-24k depending what you are looking for. Limited on hoops. Better markups than everywhere in little Saigon I went to.
