Lisa Loh I have an old automatic watch that runs fast and has a broken clasp that needs fixing/overhauled. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.

Susan Farrell I had a ring with a blue topaz in it, and I wanted to take the stone out and replace it with a yellow/orange sapphire I have. Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!

She assisted me with a number of things including replacing a bracelet that was experiencing more wear and tear than usual, as well as finding the right size of rings and bracelets for me. In total I left with three new items which I am very pleased with. Really glad I didn’t experience what other negative reviewers here did!

I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about the costs—everything was explained clearly and priced very reasonably. Great service, great people. I love how Magda was honest enough to recommend that we see Caesar about a diamond to set. We missed him, but were blessed with guidance from his wife, Connie. You helped make the 10 worth it girl!! She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!! Ready by the time Connie stated by. Am so loving it!!! Pics to follow...

I am currently settling my mom’s estate and visited Sethi for information about my mom’s prior purchases. Pratima and Prerna were exceptionally gracious and kind. Both are exceedingly knowledgeable about their products, the designers, and jewelry in general. Both women posses a keen sense of integrity and truly take an interest in their customers. I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a small business.

John Madsen This was by far the worst boutique Içve ever visited! My friend carries around a cup of ice with her and the lady behind the counter told her she couldnt have an open container. My friend said oh theres no liquid in it just ice. The lady said well be careful which was nice of her but I turned around to say something to my husband and the lady was sneering at me! I thought at first she just happened to glance my way but she remained that way and i didnt look away and wasnt sure why she had that expression? I asked her if she was ok with a little smile of embarrassment for her and she said Icm fine! Her look of utter disgust flooed me. I had said nothing to her and she remained locked on me. I just looked toward the door and walked out and all the married couples that were with me, except my friend with the ice lol.
