1 /5 Aaliyah Mohammed: I bought a chain to replace my 20 yr old one that had knotted. I asked the jeweler to put my old pendant on the new chain, which he did. However, the pendant broke off on one side after a week. I took it back and the jeweler charged me to get it fixed. About a month later, the other side of the pendant broke off. At that point I was very frustrated w Sona Heera and took my chain to a different jeweler to get it fixed. The other jeweler fixed it and added gold on both sides of the pendant in order to keep it strong. He also noticed that the original work was very shoddy and that the chain would continue breaking if he hadnt added extra gold. Its been a few months now and while the pendant is fine, Ive noticed the links on the chain are breaking and small pieces of gold are sticking out. Overall, it seems the quality of the jewelry here is not the best. I had also bought a pair of gold earrings from them, which are now bent out of shape and cracking. Money down the drain...
