I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products. Thank you all so much!

I recently got my engagement ring repaired and asked them to have it done within a week and they were very obliging and eager! They got it done right on time and the work was beautiful. Jonathan DeBoy This was my first time buying a Rolex. David was very prompt and professional; it took him only a week after I gave a deposit to find my Milgauss. He even took off the case back so we could see the little Easter egg on the faraday cage (B vector is the symbol for magnetic flux density). A very pleasant experience. If you’re a first time buyer and paranoid: yes I used Zelle for deposit. Yes the name came up as Michael. Yes I wired the money before meeting him since she had to buy the watch. He has a store front and multiple businesses in this field, I had no doubt that he would send the money back if there was a problem. He was very open and honest.

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.
