Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

She loved the diamond necklace I bought for her on Valentines. Sheila was so helpful and I felt like she was going out of her way to make me happy...I can be difficult sometimes. Other stores were snobby....thanks Cabochon..I will be coming back soon.
