Alex Hopkins Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.

Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. Joana R I went to get my ears pierced and Im beyond happy because the girls did such a good job, both with my mom and I. Ive had my ears done other places and they always got infected. But not this time, if your considering this jewelry store I highly recommend it.

Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.
