One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

But then - he pulls out a box with the MOST gorgeous ring Ive ever seen. A solitaire diamond that was shimmering in the sunset light, and it took my breath away. And I cant believe I get to wear it & look at it for the rest of my life :) CT Fine Jewelry is my absolute favorite jeweler. I wear my other ring they made every day (a mountain range), and am so proud to have another piece now. Tiff Pham I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

Carol Harris I had my wedding ring resized several years ago. She did an excellent job at a reasonable price. When I dropped it off she pointed out that some of the prongs holding the diamond were lose I am sure I would have lost the marquee diamond soon if she had not repaired them. Just recently my daughter dropped off her great-grandma’s black gold ring to be resized, along with a “J” necklace her dad gave her when she was four. The necklace was very inexpensive but she has had it for almost thirty years. Once again Five Stars on quality workmanship, timely service and at a very reasonable price. If you are considering taking your precious jewelry to be repaired etc. Look no further.Carol Harris
