5 /5 Hapagirl: Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. Thanks for everything Jackie!

1 /5 Monica Hojo: I visited Francescas for the first time today, and it will be my last. I was in there shopping for a gift for my sister in law. I wasnt 100% sure what I should get for her, so I took a quick picture of a hat, to ask my husband. Nancy (the employee) came up to me and asked what I was looking for. She didnt even finish listening to my answer before she walked away. Then I was looking at the hat some more, with my phone in my hand, because I was waiting to hear from my husband. She then told me, "Do NOT take pictures in here." I said back, "Oh! Sorry! I just took one quick picture to send to my husband." Her response was just, "Dont take pictures!" - There was no sign posted to not take pictures. Otherwise I would not have. And even if that is the rule, she could have been kind about it, instead of snapping at me. I honestly have never been treated so rudely by someone. If they are that serious about a rule, it should be made known by signs or in the least, KINDLY expressed.
