One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

Shreve & Co. has a great selection of jewelry and time pieces, with more on the way with the soon additions of men’s jewelry and Certified Pre-Owned collection of watches. They’re also expanding their floor plan which I can’t wait to see. The staff are all very friendly, especially Zaida, for her charisma, patience and extensive knowledge around all the product offerings.

If you’ve ever tried to buy a Rolex, you know how difficult the process can be. My experience with Michelle was the exact opposite. She was transparent about the process, exceeded expectations at every step, and worked incredibly hard to make this happen. With her help and advocacy, I was able to secure one of my grail watches— something I had been looking forward to for years and honestly thought might never happen. We acquired our first luxury time pieces with her and she made our experience memorable. Having been with Shreve & Co for 30 years, Margaret’s tenure is a powerful testament to her vast knowledge and dedication to her clients. We were pleasantly surprised to hear she came out of retirement. It is wonderful to work her and even a simple visit to say hello is a joy. Margaret builds lasting relationships that make every interaction special.

A few months ago, we bought a Rolex for my father as a retirement gift after his 40 years of service as a medical doctor, and we were very pleased with how smooth and professional the experience was.
