Lorraine Belarmino Shoutout to Jenny – Zales Jewelry Supervisor Jenny was absolutely amazing! We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. DeAjuané Jones This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

Kay Ip Karina was covering the Glendale location and she helped me with my 4 piercings. Originally Sherman Oaks is where she works I’m really pleased with her placement. She sanitized everything and was so patient and sweet.
