5 /5 Kay Ip: Karina was covering the Glendale location and she helped me with my 4 piercings. Originally Sherman Oaks is where she works I’m really pleased with her placement. She sanitized everything and was so patient and sweet.

4 /5 Amy DG: I went here to get 3 piercings on each ear and the lady was very nice, patient and explained the after care. I just wish they were more clean and would help if they wipe and disinfect the piercing gun, pen, jewelry box, and mirror for every clients I just saw she disinfect the table and put cloves on. I would go back though it’s affordable and tell them if they can disinfect a bit more.

1 /5 Chace Collett: Kelsey & Destiny tried to lie to me and say that a belly ring which I had JUST purchased and not even used I had only just opened it was not broken. They tried to tell me that the ball is meant to be off however, it’s not meant to be - I know that as a fact. WORST customer experience ever at the Lovisa in Glendale galleria. Lying to customers and when I tried to get them to prove that it’s not broken she continued to lie lol. Wow. Y’all need to check up on the people you hire. WASTE OF MONEY

1 /5 Monique Zamora: Just remember that there are no returns on earrings. I literally hadnt walked out of the store, already paid and a lady that worked there said I couldnt return my items when I didnt want any of my earrings and couldnt cancel the transaction. If I could rate this place lower, I would. I was so upset and the lady said she couldnt do anything about helping me, didnt even apologize. Never shopping there again. The jewelry isnt even made well.

5 /5 Where Now Pao: Friend got her second lobe pierced with Nicole and she took the time to explain and verify with my friend about where she would want the piercing placed and her opinion on what would be best depending on what my friend wears on her ears. The time and precision made her and I feel that we were in good hands. Thank you Nicole!!!
