5 /5 Gregory Poole: What a great old school business. Staff was friendly and professional. Yet very personal. Sadly the owner said she was retiring after over 40 years. I had them add two links to an Omega Seamaster. Very fair price. I had a very delightful delightful conversation with the owner. A very personable Lady. Great service. Sad we are losing places like this. All my Best to the professional and friendly staff.

5 /5 Jason Perry: I recently bought an LHD Pelagos second-hand from one of their customers... I had a little hiccup with the documents so I swung by and they were super-helpful and friendly. They even adjusted my band for me on the spot and gave me a little walk-through on the functions and features. Im a stickler for good customer service and they didnt disappoint. Ill definitely be going back when I need anything. Thanks!

5 /5 Erik OBrien: Came in for a watch service and left with another watch (while they expertly serviced my other watch). Inna was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service every step of the way. Highly recommend this store. Beautiful selection of brand new Omegas, Tissots, Raymond Weils, and Oris. Even some beautiful Rolex watches for sale on consignment. Something for every price point!

1 /5 P S: It took 10 minutes or so to be helped which was fine, it gave me a chance to look around. When it was my turn to be helped the older lady with an accent asked me what I needed in a rushed voice even though there were no unhelped customers in the store. She seemed very annoyed when I asked the price of a couple of watches. The first one was easy, the second not so much. When she couldnt just flip the price tag on the watch because the tag was stuck in its mount, she grabbed the watch quickly and slammed the drawer so hard that several watches came out of their space. When she did get the price I asked to see it and she held it up as she sighed while rolling her eyes. She wouldnt even let me touch the watch. The price was good for the watch and I was tempted but I couldnt swallow being treated like that. I could only imagine what the service would be like once I bought based on how hard they dont try to gain a new customer. I ordered the exact watch for more $ elsewhere. I will pay for good service.

5 /5 Ashley Burke: I had a great experience here! I recently needed my engagement ring resized, but wasn’t ready to part with it yet. I brought it in, and they quickly put a sizing band on it for me to continue to wear. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes (and only that long because I enjoyed talking to them and asked about 500 questions). I was so pleased with their quick solution and general knowledge and customer service. Everyone I have spoken to here has been so friendly, beyond helpful and truly knows/cares about their jewelry. I plan on returning for any jewelry/watch care I need in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough for anything needed.
