Andrew Martinez I bought a Citizen watch from them online. The picture showed it with a brown strap, but it came with a black strap. The bezel of this watch has soooo many scratches on it, its hard to look at especially since it was sold with no mention of being used. I would avoid buying from this place online, you never know what youre going to get sadly.

The team came up with a great solution that kept the original integrity of the ring and actually enhanced it. I picked up the necklace and it was fixed beautifully and in a way that will not allow it to break again the same way. Extremely pleased with them.
