Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Afterwards when it came to sizing they sized it not once but twice, because it felt a little too big after the first sizing, to be the perfect size. They where even able to do it in time for a trip out of town. Everyone there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough.
