1 /5 Mark Carreiro: Destroyed my wifes ring. Wanted a half shank on the rings. They welded my two piece rings together. Then cut it and made the shanks thinner. The third time they messed the shanks again and misaligned the fitting again. They sent it out to a different repair facility without telling me prior. They reduced the repair price then didnt charge me after a 6 week process. Joe the manager at Tustin blew me off.Been a 25 year customer and they dont care. Look at the picture and decide.Dont trust them The ring is also out of round because of mis shanks, isnt sized to wifes fingers and is out of round. Management said they dont care they will make up the business elsewhere.
