My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

I shower in them, use lotion and oils. They do not/have not tarnished, faded or changed in any way. I have sensitive skin and metal allergies so i can’t wear any and all jewelry. But this has not given me any issues whatsoever. The owner was so helpful and patient with me, and had no problems communicating and answering questions. It was a very personal experience like I was shopping in store. She helped me ensure I was getting the correct sizes. And I really appreciate all her hard work and personal touches to make this experience great for her customers. I can’t say thank you enough.

Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)
