Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

5 /5 Andy Jensen: Please call ER Sawyer if your jewelry was affected by a fire (or for any jewelry reasons, really)! Our story - my wife and I lost our home in the LA wildfires on 1/8/25. She was 8 months pregnant with twins at the time, and had taken off her wedding and engagement rings due to her finger swelling. When I went back to our home, it was completely destroyed but somehow I was able to find the rings! I searched for someone who could help. I found and contacted ER Sawyer about this, and asked if I could ship it to them, have the engagement ring restored, and even add in the birth stones of our three kids (including the now-born twins). I assumed the answer would be that it wasnt possible. But to my grateful surprise, Leslie at ER Sawyer said yes, helped me the entire way, charged a very reasonable and fair price, and was able to get it back to me in time for Valentines Day! With all we had gone through in the previous 6 weeks, I cant put into words how moving it was to be able to surprise her on Valentines Day with this incredibly special moment. The ring is beautiful, they did a phenomenal job with the stone additions, but most importantly Leslie and her team empathized with our situation and truly cared about this piece of jewelry. 5 /5 Ryan Jacobs: I brought in a Rolex GMT Master to be refurbished. It was scratched and the dial did not screw in. The watch was very worn! They were incredibly helpful in the store to take my watch and have it sent out. They communicated with me during every step to keep me informed of the progress. I received my watch back in better than new condition. I swear, I didn’t think it could look this good.
