Craig Harris I went to Kevin Jewelers, in search of a diamond necklace for my wifes birthday. I had the kids in tow and we were kindly greeted and helped by Sandy Jeng, who made the necklace finding and buying process very smooth and easy. She even gave the kids lollipops, which they appreciated. My wife loves the necklace and I loved the experience I had at Kevin Jewelers. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future special occasions when I need a beautiful gift for my wife.

We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Tom I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. My primary contact was Polina V, she is very nice, helpful with suggestions and took the time to explain the repair process and timing. I highly recommend Torgsyn for repairs and jewelry purchases!

Molly Hill Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair. Looking forward to returning soon.

Customer Service I LOVE THIS STORE! From my permanent bracelet and anklet (Marisa puts it on herself and you can customize your adornment), to my subtle turquoise studs and even the glassware that I use everyday...this place is the go-to. Marisa is a talented artist who makes not just beautiful and creative jewelry but in addition to that, shes curated her store with other talented jewelers, fashion designers and homewares. The staff there is always helpful, especially Claire! You can go in and say what youre looking for in general and she will give you many options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this store!
