Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations.
