Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Ive visited estate jewelry stores in multiple cities and states and have yet to stumble into one that has as extensive a collection as this one. The owners are delightful, friendly and helpful. They even sized my gorgeous estate ring purchase quickly enough that I was able to pick it up before the end of my trip. Love this store and the ring! Ill definitely be back! ❤️

We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations. Kas P Obsessed!! Sadie is a phenomenal asset in this jewelry store! She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

Alondra Avila Special shout out to Ed Melen!! Hes trully the sweetest and kindest! He did not pressure to buy anything and instead took the time to get to know us and our wants! (which is sooo relieving considering the fact that jewelry stores usually pressure you into buying shiny things) They really take the time to show you things your interested in, answer ALL questions, see your options and more. We ended up buying some beatiful earrings with a great warranty. I definitely recommend this place.
