1 /5 Jonesa Shuford: Do NOT order from Kendra Scott to for home deliveryof their jewelry. They shipped my order to the wrong address and didnt even try to remedy the problem-- told me it was my job to track down the incorrectly delivered item and didnt offer credit or refund. Customer Service is GARBAGE. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Take your patronage somewhere that values customers & Customer Service

5 /5 Ashley Draper: A co-worker had bought some items and wore them to work. I like the items and asked where she purchased them. She told me I had to check out this store. She also mentioned to me they offer one half price item during your birthday month. I ventured to the store while doing some Christmas shopping and was greeted immediately. I was asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking around. She then explained the layout of the store and showed me where the new items were. I browsed around for a bit which was a tad difficult since I had my 7 year old with me but everyone was very nice to him and made him feel welcome. I found a necklace I fell in love with and asked about the half off during your birthday month. They said yes they offer that deal, you just need to show your drivers license. Check out was quick and easy and my receipt was emailed to me. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The store was nicely organized and clean. I would not hesitate to return to purchase more.

1 /5 Julia Groff: Pricey, even though its mostly costume jewelry. I was given a gift and wanted to exchange it for something Id actually wear. They refused to exchange it because it was custom-made, as if the earrings and necklace werent exactly like everything else in the store. They could very easily re-sell the items. I wont be wearing the jewelry and wont return to a store that doesnt want its own items back.

4 /5 Michelle Gates: This store focuses on semi-precious stones as fashion jewelry rather than fine jewelry. For example, the metal is gold plated brass rather than solid gold. There is a focus on being able to customize the stones in your jewelry to make it unique. Since everything in the store is from a specific designer, the exact colors and offerings change seasonally. I was drawn to the ruby-red pieces, but there were a lot of colors to choose from. I found some large, dramatic fashion necklaces as well as a lot of more wearable dainty pieces when I visited. A lot of the pieces had a strong color to them, making them good to coordinate with an outfit. For example, a chocker might have a focal stone and then a similar color stone might be used as beads for the chain. When I visited, I noticed the style of many of the pieces seemed to be a bit more structured and geometric (as opposed to a free-form, fluid organic style).
