You can tell he knows his craft. He went above and beyond in assisting us, find the best choice that fits our liking and budget. The store has so many amazing choices you can choose from. I highly recommend this store. The interior of the store is very conducive for shopping and is giving a homey & intimate vibe. Look for Anthony when you visit this store, he’s the best! My chain was fixed in three days time. Looks great and is back to brand new.

Brooke Secor Great female owned studio with female staff making goodies on site out of long chains and all the supplies like glorious maven jewelry elves! They have a combo of custom creations made in house and sourced pieces that are unique and not cheap but still totally affordable. They even repair things for free and I have had great success getting them fixed (for free) after a mishap with 2 necklaces. Wonderful people here.

Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense.
