We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)
