The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. They even offered beverages while I waited, which was a really nice touch. Molly G I love Lovisa. It has never disappointed me. Today was the first time I had gotten a piercing there. Tima was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. She even gave my cousin her second piercing. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The piercings barely hurt! A+ as usual.
