We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Kree Morrison I was shopping for a jade bracelet after walking around the jewelry area for a bit. I was nervous to approach some of the booths but I saw the WONDERFUL lady sitting at the booth (I forgot to ask for her name :( ) but she was so helpful. I told her another lady was trying to charge way too much for one jade bracelet and she was more willing to help and wanted to find the right bracelet that fit me. She explained what the jade bracelet does and was very transparent with the prices. She even said I could wear two bracelets and I was sold!!! I ended up getting a purple jade and green jade and the lady sized me correctly and put the bracelets on with no problem. 10/10 recommend this jewelry stand to anyone looking for any type of jewelry! Definitely will be the only place I get my jewelry from, from here on out!!!!

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large.
