My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and raved on and on about how genuine the people are here and how we now have a family jeweler for all our jewelry needs to come. I came to get my ring re-sized and I totally agree! Jonathan was so sweet and helpful, he resized my ring and also offered to clean my necklace - all in 15 minutes! I was given the different options and decided to have the ring repaired and resized. The owner needed to add more gold to the band to repair the damage. I got the ring back a couple hours later looking as good as it did 22 years ago. Fantastic service. I would not hesitate to come back.

I also changed the battery of a high-end watch and purchased my husbands wedding band (he has one but wanted to get a more traditional-looking gold band). This was our first visit to this business. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed us how to resize my engagement ring and walked us through the entire process for transparency. When I contacted other jewelers asking how long it would take to resize my rings, I was told 1-3 weeks, depending on the stores. Golden Key resized both of them within 2 hours. He provided a reasonable price for my husbands wedding band, much cheaper than we expected. He truly enjoys satisfying his customers and shows great pride in his store collections—30 years of business in the exact location. I had a channel set wedding ring that a commercial jeweler had told me couldn’t be sized larger without possible destroying the delicate wiring behind the diamonds. Jonathan did it in two days, and looking at it, one would never know it had been worked on. A great experience with all the pieces I brought to him!

5 /5 Hye Jeong Cho: several years ago, I went to this store to fix my daughters graduation gift necklace because the chain was broken. He fixed it within several hours with reasonable price. It was several years back, but still the chain is in good condition. I highly recommend this place for any jewelry services
