5 /5 Perla Castro: Tina helped me get my white gold ring resized from a size 6 to 7.5 in under 30 minutes. Once we determined the right size, she personally walked me over to her uncle’s repair booth. I really appreciated being able to watch the entire process and never losing sight of my ring. The resizing cost was $50. Highly recommend! The booth is located toward the back of Suite 14.

5 /5 Ms phia: I came here looking for little gold hoop earrings with some design, and with an easy-to-snap-on-and-off closure that also would not poke me. Tina was very patient and showed me multiple options that fit what I was looking for. She had what I was looking for, but I also then needed replacements for my other piercings for a cohesive look. She listened to my thoughts on what she had available and offered alternate suggestions as well also options that should could make for me. I really appreciated the patience in me trying multiple earring combinations until I was satisfied. I also checked out other jewelry stores in the same building, but not many carried what she had. I recommend this place and am also trying to think of jewelry I can ask her to create for me!

I shopped around quite a bit and nothing came close to the amazing deals Tina offers. Speaking of Tina, she is truly the heart of this store. Her warmth, honesty, and incredible customer service made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel like a valued customer every step of the way. 5 /5 Diana Justice: I had been wanting to treat myself after a stillbirth on Easter, so my best friend took me to check out the many jewelry stores at Asia Garden Mall. What stood out at HAJ was the customer service. The manager Tina was helping a mother and daughter when we got there but still greeted us warmly. While we were browsing earrings, I overheard the conversation she was having with the mother and daughter and it was very sweet. It made me decide that this is the store I would like to purchase my self gift from. I shared what happened with our baby and she was extra wonderful about helping me find the right bracelet and earrings. She also sounds very knowledgeable about jewelry and lit up when she shared about the customization options. I am so happy with my purchases and I wish I still lived in OC so I could get something customized from her.
