1 /5 Wei Fan: Well, bad experience today. Attitude of staffs need corrective action and more than improvement, particularly the store manager. They keep credit card information beyond the last four digits . This is a PCI violation. PCI only allows merchant to keep the last 4 digits. Their violation is way beyond being protective. When being asked, store staff and store manager is not only clueless regarding regulation but also make it up by saying that “it protects right of its customer”. The lack of legal sense/training, compliance, and ignorance of handling challenging situation is first of its kind for a named store. This makes us to rethink and wonder about a lot of things that one can think of.
